We want you to be completely happy with your Us Angels order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging – including all tickets.

Return requests must be sent via email - unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  If you would like to return an item, please send an email to:  returns@usangels.com.  We will send you a return label along with a return form.

Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of receipt of merchandise if you are requesting a refund.  Please note – we do not refund shipping costs, as we pick up the expense of the return. If you would like to return your item after 21 days, you can return for an Us Angels credit.

Please note we cannot accept returns that are received more than 30 days after your order is placed.

Please note:  Unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Sale products are returnable, worn products are not.

Please note that Us Angels products purchased from other retailers, including department stores or boutiques must be returned to the store from which originally purchased, and are subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
